Welcome! I’m Elisabeth and I’m so glad you’re here! With over 25 years in the bustling restaurant business, I've mastered the art of multitasking, precision, and crafting memorable experiences. But there's more to my story than just events and exquisite dishes. As a proud parent of a teen with Celiac Disease, I understand the challenges of balancing family life, dietary restrictions, and the quest for sanity.
I will share my life with you and hopefully forge a mutual feeling of respect that we are all in this together. Building community and raising decent humans. I spend much of my time finding delicious and gluten-free recipes for her and others with this disease. And, when I’m not doing that I’m planning the next meal, gathering of friends, or driving my kids somewhere.
I grew up in Spokane, Washington, and pursued a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. After graduation, I worked in Atlantic City, New Jersey but eventually, I found my way back to the Pacific Northwest and landed in Seattle. I worked for several fancy hotels & restaurants (and the Space Needle!) before settling into my current position. I plan events for two Seattle restaurants and am a partner in one of them, Stoup Brewing Kenmore.
